On Monday afternoon, a fire broke out in an apartment used by a 40-year-old man in the Zagreb neighborhood of Trešnjevka. Thanks to the swift response of firefighters, the fire was extinguished, and fortunately, no injuries were reported.
According to the Zagreb Police Department, the fire started in Zenička Street at around 3:50 PM. At that time, for reasons still undetermined, the fire engulfed the apartment. Firefighters immediately arrived on the scene and prevented the fire from spreading, which could have caused greater material damage or endangered other residents of the building.
