The 30-year-old Grealish no longer features in the plans of new Manchester City manager Enzo Maresca, especially after his loan spell at Everton came to an end. This situation opens the door for his permanent departure from the Etihad, and Simeone believes that the Birmingham-born player would fit perfectly into his system on the left wing, linking play and bringing additional technical quality in the final third.
