A 46-year-old man has been convicted for terrifying threats made against his own daughter and her partner. The incident occurred on November 4, 2025, at around 11:50 PM in the Prigorje area, when he called them on their mobile phone and issued death threats.
According to the court's ruling, the 46-year-old called his daughter's partner, who put the call on speakerphone. This allowed the daughter to hear every word. With the intent to intimidate them, he told them "that he would kill them, cut their heads off their shoulders, set them and the house on fire, and kill every last one of them." These words instilled great fear for their safety and lives.
The day after the threats, it was discovered that he was illegally keeping an incomplete Carcano military rifle, without a magazine and handguard, in his family home. This further worsened his position before the court.
The court imposed a single prison sentence of 11 months. However, this sentence was commuted to community service, which he will have to perform for just over three months.
