On Tuesday, August 5, 2026, Petrčane will mark Victory and Homeland Thanksgiving Day and Croatian Veterans Day with a special musical evening. Klapa Cambi, one of the most influential Dalmatian vocal groups, will perform on the Zadar Riviera.
Since its beginnings in Kaštel Kambelovac exactly forty years ago, Klapa Cambi has risen to the very top of the Croatian music scene. They boast an impressive array of accolades, including no fewer than ten Porin awards. They are five-time winners of the prestigious Omiš festival, making them one of the most decorated performers in that competition.
They secured a special place in history as the only klapa to hold a solo concert at a sold-out Split stadium Poljud before 15,000 people. Their distinctive style blends traditional klapa singing with a contemporary sound, and they are equally convincing in traditional chants and covers of pop-rock classics.
For the concert in Petrčane, they have prepared a repertoire that will remind the audience of their biggest hits. Visitors will be able to sing along to songs like "Ne more mi bit", "Kriva karta", "Popucale rebatine", and the unmissable "Od zipke do križa".
The organizers invite all residents, guests, and visitors of the Zadar region to join them and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of vocal performances celebrating Dalmatian musical tradition. Admission to the concert is free.
