Selected Festival at Jazine hosted the British DJ star last night, with two more evenings of top-tier electronic music beneath UNESCO walls ahead.
The first evening of this year's Selected Festival in Zadar was marked by top-notch house music and a fantastic atmosphere. The audience gathered at Jazine, specifically at the Đilo location beneath the UNESCO walls, danced to sets that confirmed why this festival attracts an increasing number of domestic and international visitors year after year.
The evening kicked off with performances by local DJs who warmed up the crowd, followed by Tom Bug, a pioneer of the Croatian house scene. His energetic set further raised the temperature before the main star of the night, Sam Divine, took the stage. The charismatic British DJ once again demonstrated why she has been one of the most beloved artists on the global electronic scene for years. Her signature blend of house classics and modern sounds turned Jazine into a massive open-air dance floor, and the special connection Sam Divine builds with the Croatian audience was evident throughout her performance.
Among the visitors, numerous languages could be heard, with guests arriving from various European countries and other parts of the world. This cosmopolitan atmosphere confirms that Selected Festival is increasingly positioning Zadar as a key destination on the international electronic music festival map. The unique location beneath the UNESCO walls, combined with high-quality production and a carefully curated program, makes it an unmissable event.
The festival euphoria continues tonight, August 7, 2026, when German producer Emanuel Satie, one of the most respected names in contemporary melodic and house scenes, takes the stage. He will be joined by Valour and B-Zey. The grand finale is scheduled for Thursday, August 8, 2026, headlined by Italian act Flashmob and Portuguese duo Armando and Whitenoise. After a spectacular opening, Zadar has two more nights ahead that are sure to define the summer season on the Croatian coast.
