Severina's fans are eagerly awaiting August 6, 2026, the date the singer has set for the release of her new single "Call Me." The song also carries the subtitle "Anxious," and the announcement was accompanied by a series of photos that immediately drew significant attention.
The published photos feature two contrasting settings. In the first set, shot on an open road, Severina poses in an elegant yet daring outfit: a black corset, sheer stockings, a long brown leather coat, and black stilettos. The second part of the atmosphere reveals a more intimate bedroom space, where the singer keeps the same corset but pairs it with stockings, creating a completely different visual impression.
Alongside the visuals, Severina gave fans a glimpse into the song's lyrics, which are far from indifferent. In one of her social media posts, she wrote: "Call me, you, into your bed, when you tuck her in... Call me to, to teach her what you allow."
She used another post to share another snippet that further explains the song's title: "I'm anxious, nerves about to snap, panic attacks, you cut me, you appear before me, her next to you."
The new single is the centerpiece of a project Severina recently launched. The first part, the song "It's Not My Fault" with the subtitle "Unfeeling," saw the light of day on July 31, 2026, immediately accompanied by an official music video. Its sound is credited to a creative team comprising composer Bojan Vasić, lyricist Danijel Pavlović, and arranger Ivan Popeskić.
The singer previously revealed an interesting fact about the creation of that first song, saying it wasn't originally planned. It came about quite spontaneously during studio work, and that creative energy prompted her to decide to shoot a third music video as well. Alongside "Unfeeling" and the upcoming "Anxious," the trilogy will be rounded out with the single "Play 'Give Birth to Sons' for Me," which will carry the subtitle "Perfect."
