Zagreb residents who use tram services on Saturday, August 8, 2026, can expect significant changes. Due to paving works at the intersection of Savska Road and Vukovar Street, four tram lines will partially change their usual routes, announced by ZET.
The changes affect lines 4, 5, 14, and 17. Trams will not run along Savska Road towards Ban Jelačić Square on the section from Vukovar Street to Student Center. In the work zone, the tram stops Zagrepčanka and Student Center-East will be out of service.
ZET has published detailed routes for each affected line. Line 4 will run from Savski Most via Vukovar Street, Držićeva, Branimirova, and Draškovićeva to Dubec, and will return via Draškovićeva, past the Main Railway Station, and along Savska Road back to Savski Most.
Line 5 will be shortened and will only operate on the Prečko, Savski Most section. Line 14 will depart from Mihaljevac on its regular route towards Zapruđe, then turn onto Jadranski Most and continue along Savska, Vukovar Street, past the Bus Station, Branimirova, the Main Railway Station, Vodnikova, Frankopanska, and Ban Jelačić Square to Draškovićeva and back to Mihaljevac.
Line 17 will go from Prečko along Savska, Vukovar Street, past the Bus Station, Branimirova, and Draškovićeva to the Square of the Victims of Fascism, and will return via Ban Jelačić Square, Frankopanska, and Savska back to Prečko.
