Chinese manufacturer Leapmotor has unveiled its B10 model, an electric SUV that enters the European market with very concrete advantages: 217 hp, rear-wheel drive, and a price below €34,000. The test published on 24sata on August 3, 2026, reveals a vehicle that offers a surprisingly spacious cabin and a level of equipment typically associated with significantly more expensive cars.
What sets Leapmotor apart from most new Chinese brands is its entry into the European market with a strong partner. Stellantis holds a 20 percent ownership stake in the company, while in the joint venture responsible for international operations, it holds a majority package. This ensures the manufacturer has a significantly more developed sales and service network from the outset, which is often the biggest challenge for new players from China.
The B10 comes with an electric powertrain that produces 217 horsepower and drives the rear wheels. At an attractive price below €34,000, buyers receive generous interior space and equipment that, based on test impressions, is hard to ignore in this price range.
