Bear on A1, Accident on A7: Queue Four Kilometers Long

On the A7, an accident in the Trsat tunnel caused a queue as long as four kilometers, while on the A1 an unusual and dangerous occurrence was recorded, a bear on the road. The Croatian Automobile Club (HAK) urges drivers to adjust their speed and be patient.

Accident in Trsat Tunnel Halts A7

Due to a traffic accident in the Trsat tunnel on the A7 highway, towards Križišće, traffic is moving with difficulty. Vehicles pass through the tunnel using only one lane, with a speed limit of 40 kilometers per hour. As a result, a long queue has formed between the Škurinje junction and the Trsat tunnel.

According to the latest information from HAK, the queue is about four kilometers long and continues to grow. Drivers are advised to exercise extra caution, patience, and to adapt their driving to the current road conditions.

Unexpected Danger on A1: Bear on the Highway

Meanwhile, on the A1 highway between the Krpani and Sveti Rok tunnels, a bear was spotted on the road in the direction of Dubrovnik. HAK has confirmed this information and warned drivers traveling on that stretch of highway to be extra vigilant.

This unusual situation further underscores the need for careful driving, especially since, as HAK notes, traffic is heavier on major roads, approaches to tourist destinations, and certain border crossings.
