Summary
  • KK Zadar saw no fan turnout at the morning filming of a promotional project on Monday.
  • Marketing manager Marin Seko expressed disappointment and urged fans to attend the afternoon session at Jazine.
  • The project involves young players, and Seko hinted at a possible announcement about a new player on the club's Facebook page.

Basketball club Zadar began filming a new promotional project on Monday at two symbolic locations, but the morning turnout from fans was completely absent. Despite the club's invitation, no one showed up in front of the "Krešimir Ćosić" hall in Višnjik at 9 a.m., which caused disappointment within the club's ranks.

"At Least Twenty Fans Could Gather"

KK Zadar's marketing manager Marin Seko confirmed to Antena Zadar just before 10 a.m. that there was no response. "Unfortunately, no one showed up this morning. Maybe fans will join in the afternoon at Jazine. The 9 a.m. slot might not have been ideal because people are working and have their own worries and commitments, but this city has 70 to 80 thousand inhabitants. I believe at least twenty fans can gather and show support for the club," Seko said.

The filming in front of the "Krešimir Ćosić" hall runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the continuation of the program at the iconic Jazine hall is scheduled from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Seko highlighted Jazine as a new opportunity for fans to get involved and show their allegiance to the club.

Young Players in the Project, New Signings Announced

The promotional project features younger Zadar players, including Torbarina, Dundović, Bičić, Mirčeta, and Gulan, with Klarica expected to join as well. Seko urged fans to at least come to Jazine, emphasizing that this is a positive story for the club.

Additionally, he hinted at the possibility of news about a new player soon on the club's official Facebook page. "Follow us, anything is possible," Seko said.
