As summer enters its final phase, the Croatian coast continues to pulse to the rhythm of music. August and the first half of September bring a series of festivals that will satisfy fans of various genres, from world-class electronic music to domestic hits. The Garden Resort in Tisno, along with the cities of Poreč and Šibenik, are turning into key points on the map of European festival tourism.
Tisno particularly stands out, hosting three significant electronic music events during August, while September brings a unique blend of music, sports, and gastronomy in Poreč, as well as a showcase of the new music scene in Šibenik.
The season in Tisno continues with the Balance Croatia festival, held from August 6 to 10, 2026. This boutique festival is dedicated to melodic and progressive house sounds, and this year it brings together renowned names from the underground scene. The lineup includes Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Yotto, Guy J, and Marshall Jefferson.
From August 20 to 24, Dekmantel Selectors follows, a festival that holds cult status among DJs and music purists. It offers a carefully curated program of artists who push the boundaries of the electronic scene. This year, Four Tet, Floating Points, Hunee, Motor City Drum Ensemble, and Joy Orbison will perform.
The summer season in Tisno closes with the Dimensions Festival from August 27 to 31, known for its top-notch sound and a blend of house, techno, electro, and bass music. This year's lineup is led by Eris Drew & Octo Octa, John Talabot, Helena Hauff, Objekt, and Radioactive Man, who will perform live.
At the beginning of September, the focus shifts to Poreč and Šibenik. The Tunalicious Festival in Poreč, running from September 7 to 13, 2026, is one of the most original festivals on the Adriatic. It combines a top international Big Game Fishing competition, gastronomy, and a rich music program with some of the most popular domestic music acts. The festival will feature performances by TTRT, Vojka V, Hiljsona Mandele, Grupa Cambi, Giuliano, and Pop Gunz.
During the same period, from September 10 to 13, Šibenik hosts the fourth edition of the SHIP Festival. The festival is considered one of the most exciting anchorages of the European showcase scene, and its program is extremely diverse. As reported by Journal.hr, the audience can expect everything from Icelandic soundscapes and South African digital soul, through regional folk melancholy and Krishna hardcore, all the way to domestic film scores and live techno.
