According to Spanish outlet Marca, as reported by Telegram.hr and Index.hr, the clubs are in the final stages of negotiations, and the deal could be officially confirmed within the next few days.
Torres has fully agreed personal terms with PSG and is expected to sign a four-year contract. Negotiations between the clubs are being led by sporting directors Deco on the Catalan side and Luis Campos on the Parisian side, and their personal friendship has significantly facilitated communication. The player's agents have already informed Barcelona's leadership of his explicit desire to move to Paris.
PSG will pay Barcelona around €50 million for Torres. The exact fixed amount and variable bonuses to be included in the contract are currently being defined. Sources close to the negotiations claim that the official announcement of the deal is very close.
