Company denies claims from July article about inspections of staffing agencies, and the State Inspectorate confirms no irregularities were found
AMD Employment d.o.o., represented by attorney Ivan Rački of the Rački and Partners law firm, has issued a correction to an article published by Jutarnji.hr on July 11, 2026, which reported on inspections conducted by the State Inspectorate at staffing agencies.
The correction states that the original article contained two pieces of inaccurate information concerning AMD Employment, a company owned by Robert Drinovec.
The first correction pertains to the number of companies where inspectors found violations of regulations. The original article listed six companies, including AMD Employment. The correction clarifies that irregularities were found at five companies: Tarnima Transport j.d.o.o., Legendica Vis d.o.o., Health and Safety, Meta Mate d.o.o., and Pro Express. AMD Employment is not on that list.
The second, even more significant correction concerns the nature of the alleged irregularities. The article claimed that the Inspectorate had found issues related to unpaid contributions at AMD Employment. The company now denies this information, emphasizing that no irregularities related to unpaid contributions were found.
In the correction, AMD Employment also provides specific data about its operations. The company currently has 108 employees, and in one year, it hired more than 60 people. The average salary in the company is 630 euros, while total revenues reached 1.6 million euros.
According to the correction, no irregularities were found in the companies Eurotezor d.o.o. and Unija dostava either, expanding the list of companies with clean operations to three.
