AC Milan officially placed Fikayo Tomori on the list of players who can leave the club on Thursday, August 13, 2026. The decision was made after talks between coach Rúben Amorim and chairman Gerry Cardinale, as reported by Fabrizio Romano, citing Sky Sport.
According to Goal.com, the list of players not in Amorim's plans has been extended to include Christopher Nkunku. The French forward arrived in Milan a year ago for €37 million and has now been informed he can seek a new club.
Alongside Nkunku, Youssouf Fofana and Fikayo Tomori are also on their way out, with Tomori's availability on the market confirmed earlier in the day. Amorim made these decisions after a month of working with the squad, between Milanello and the tour, with owner Cardinale having the final say.
Goal.com reports that Gerry Cardinale, president of RedBird and owner of AC Milan, landed by helicopter at the Milanello training center in Carnago on Thursday to meet with players and the technical staff. The meeting resulted in the final list of players who can leave.
In addition to the three main names, possible departures are also mentioned for Filippo Terracciano, Estupinan, and Santi Gimenez. On the other hand, the club has already brought in Ramos and Gil, and further activity on the incoming side of the market is expected in the last two weeks of August.
