Behind the scenes of the hit series 'Wild Bees', friendships have been forged that last even after the cameras have stopped rolling. Actor Davor Pavić, who plays the character Milan Čavko, shared details with RTL.hr about how he and his colleagues spend their free time during the summer break from filming.
The first season of the series was filmed from September 2025 to April 2026, during which time 150 episodes were shot. According to Pavić, the pace of work was intense, but it was precisely that which contributed to the quick bonding of the cast.
"I can't believe the first season is already over. From September 2025 to April 2026, we shot 150 episodes, and it all went by incredibly fast. Besides the memories, I've also made friends I can't wait to see again. I miss all of them, and especially us younger ones really connected," Pavić told RTL.hr.
Although filming for the first season has wrapped, communication among the actors hasn't stopped. Pavić revealed that he regularly talks to and meets up with his colleagues, and they fill their time together with various activities.
"We're often in touch, we go swimming, hang out, and travel together. Recently, I met up with Margarita, Marina, and Pero, and I'm also in touch with Luka, Ivan, Ana Marija, and both Lidijas. I can't wait to start filming again," he added.
Among the actors Pavić has grown closest to are Lidija Penić-Grgaš, Ivan Barišić, Pere Eranović, Ana Marija Veselčić, and Antonio Agostini, all of whom are part of the cast of the popular RTL series.
