Hajduk's footballers play the first leg of the Conference League play-off against Poland's Rakow at Poljud on Thursday. The match kicks off at 9 PM, and those not attending the stadium can watch the broadcast exclusively on the club's TV channel, Hajduk Digital TV.
At the start of this season, the Whites' European matches are available only through the club's TV channel. The same will apply to the return leg in Poland on Thursday, August 27, 2026, which kicks off at 7 PM.
First European Autumn in 16 Years Within Reach
The better team over the two legs will secure a spot in the Conference League, and merely entering the competition brings the club €3.17 million from UEFA's prize fund. Hajduk has been waiting for a return to the league or group stage of a European competition since 2010.
Back then, under the late coach Stanko Poklepović, they played in the Europa League group stage in the 2010/11 season. Before that, their only appearance in the Champions League group stage was in the 1994/95 season under Ivan Katalinić, when the team reached the quarter-finals, where they were stopped by Ajax.
Now, coach Gonzalo Garcia's side has the chance to end that long wait. The obstacle is Poland's Rakow, and the first step toward a historic achievement will be attempted by the Split side in front of their fans at Poljud.
