The mission involved a four-member flight crew from the 395th Transport Helicopter Squadron of the 93rd Air Force Base. The helicopter took off from the "Knez Trpimir" barracks in Divulje at exactly 5:45 PM, after which the flight crew picked up the patient in Šibenik. Accompanied by a medical team, the patient was then transported to Zagreb, where the helicopter landed at 7:16 PM. Immediately upon landing, she was handed over to the medical staff of Dubrava University Hospital for further treatment.
