Charity exhibition match on August 29 at Prokurative in Split, with a rich entertainment program and support from sports and music stars.
Goran Ivanišević and Borna Ćorić will play an exhibition match on August 29, 2026, at 8 PM at Split's Prokurative, with all proceeds from ticket sales donated to Omiš, a town affected by fire, as reported by Sportske novosti and Slobodna Dalmacija.
The event is part of a tennis spectacle titled "25 Years of Wimbledon." Tickets cost 15 euros and can be purchased via a link provided in the event announcement.
The tennis duo will be joined by Iva Majoli. After the match, the audience can enjoy two concerts: a performance by Jasna Zlokić and a joint performance by Tonči Huljić and the band Madre Badessa.
Before the match, at 6 PM at Prokurative, there will be a repeat of the Kids Day for those who missed the Saturday session.
Kids Day will take place at the tennis courts in Žnjan on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 5 PM to 7 PM. The first summer tennis camp, led by Ivanišević, is currently underway at the courts of the Tenis Split 1950 club located at Firule in Split. About 50 children are participating in the camp, where they have the opportunity to learn from the celebrated tennis player and his team of experts, consisting of experienced coaches from TK Split 1950.
Hajduk legend Lovre Kalinić joined Ivanišević on the court and revealed in a video on social media how, as an eleven-year-old, he experienced his Wimbledon final match in 2001 against Pete Sampras. He expressed that Goran's play often drove him crazy and that it was during watching Wimbledon that his sporting spirit was awakened.
The two Split legends took the opportunity to invite the audience to Kids Day at Žnjan and to the repeat at Prokurative before the charity match.
