Music Stars at Zrinski Square with Free Admission

The heart of the contemporary part of the program beats at Zrinski Square, where two major free concerts will be held. On Friday, August 21, singer-songwriter Sergej Ćetković will perform, known for his emotional ballads that audiences love to sing along to. The following evening, on Saturday, August 22, the legendary band Prljavo kazalište will take the stage, and their timeless hits are sure to create an unforgettable open-air atmosphere.

Bistro in the Park: A Wine Story with 12 Winemakers

A new addition to this year's edition is the wine and food zone "Bistro in the Park," which will be a gathering place for lovers of fine drinks from August 20 to 22. Twelve winemakers from the Bregovita Hrvatska association will present their offerings, and alongside wine, there will also be beer and various local specialties. DJ Krnya will provide the musical backdrop for all three days.

A Journey into the Past: Hygiene in the Renaissance

Within the historic Renaissance ramparts, times gone by will come to life through performances by more than 1,300 costumed participants from as many as 13 European countries. This year's central festival theme is "Hygiene in the Renaissance," so visitors will be able to see depictions of bathing in wooden barrels, learn about the work of barber-surgeons, and buy natural soaps. An indispensable part of the festival experience remains the rich gastronomic offer with historical specialties such as roasted ox, chestnut-stuffed capon, and nettle beer.
