Groom on the Run, a Girl, and a Lost Young Man Play Family

Nova TV has unveiled its new drama-comedy series 'Accidental Family', whose plot follows three complete strangers forced by life circumstances to play a happy family. The news about the series was announced on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, and it is already attracting attention with its intriguing premise and star-studded cast.

An Unusual Trio at the Heart of the Story

Vito, Korina, and Petar will soon find themselves in chaos, with their fates embodied by three lead actors. Filip Juričić plays Vito Haranga, a charming man who decides to flee from marriage on his wedding day. Romina Tonković portrays the energetic and fiery Korina Meštrov, who is running from her dangerous ex-partner Goran, linked to shady dealings. Tit Emanuel Medvešek embodies Petar Kiša, a likable but somewhat lost young man escaping from a children's home.

In an attempt to help each other, this completely mismatched trio is forced to play a family. What starts as a temporary farce soon escalates into a series of emotional, tense, and comedic situations. As they try to convince everyone around them that they are a real family, they will face secrets, unexpected threats, old flames, and traces of their own pasts.
