Two Incidents on the Same Beach

According to court documents, the first case was recorded on June 26, 2026, at around 6:30 PM on the beach at Šetalište dr. fra Jure Radića. Babić disturbed public order and peace with loud shouts and insults based on national and religious affiliation. He addressed one person, D. S., with the words: "You are a real Balinka, what kind of names did you give your children," and told another, I. B.: "You disappointed me. Why do you hang out with Balijas? Sarajevo is Tehran."

The second incident occurred on August 6, 2026, at around 11 AM at the same location. Babić addressed a man with the words: "Hey, hey, are those your children or grandchildren? Why don't you go to Turkey, Balijas?" after which he continued shouting and making vulgar insults towards his minor children born in 2016 and 2019.
