NK Gradina is marking its 70th anniversary of continuous operation, and to commemorate this milestone, a day-long celebration will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at the Gradina Sports Center, blending football, entertainment, and a charitable mission.
The celebration will bring together numerous renowned names from Croatian football. The guest list includes Goran Vlaović, Boris Živković, Marko Babić, Robert Špehar, Mario Tokić, Miroslav Bičanić, Primož Gliha, Tomislav Mikulić, Željko Pakašin, Antun Labak, Miroslav Žitnjak, and Jozo Šimunović, along with many others from the sports and public spheres.
The program kicks off at 3 PM with a tournament for the youngest footballers (U-11). At 5:30 PM, an exhibition match between NK Gradina (U-15) and the Human Stars will take place, followed at 6:30 PM by a clash between the veterans of NK Gradina and the Human Stars.

Starting at 9 PM, a grand charity concert will feature performances by Miroslav Škoro, Ivan Štivić, Amir Kazić Leo, Divne godine, and the Suhopoljski Tamburaši.
The organizers have stated that this anniversary is not just a look back. "Seven decades of tradition. Seven decades of pride. Seven decades of NK Gradina. We will gather former Croatian national team players, well-known faces from Croatian sports and public life, our youngest footballers, veterans, and big names from the Croatian music scene. This is not just a celebration of the past; we are doing this for our children, for the future of the club," their message reads.
All proceeds from ticket sales go to the NK Gradina Soccer School fund, aimed at supporting young players and ensuring better conditions for new generations. Participation in the entire program costs 5 euros per ticket.
