Drivers in Solin and the surrounding area can expect traffic disruptions starting Thursday. Due to the construction of a water supply pipeline, a section of Don Frane Bulića Street will be completely closed to all traffic for three days, from August 6, 2026, at 9:00 AM to August 8, 2026, at 5:00 PM.
The works are being carried out as part of a major project to improve the water and municipal infrastructure of the agglomeration. The investor is Vodovod i kanalizacija Split, and the works are being performed by the company VODOPRIVREDA SPLIT d.d. Zagreb.
The closed section is part of local road LC 67065, specifically the stretch of Don Frane Bulića Street from house number 53C to house number 45. During the temporary traffic regulation, traffic will be redirected to detour routes.
Drivers are advised to use Stjepana Radića Street (ŽC 6253), Ivana Pavla II. Street (state road D8), and Kaštelanska Street. Temporary traffic signage will be placed at all affected intersections to guide drivers and ensure safe traffic flow.
Residents and road users are asked for their understanding and patience until the works are completed. They are also advised to plan their journeys in advance and adhere to the temporary traffic regulation to avoid congestion and delays.
