Referees Announced for Round 3 of the SHNL

Bertrand Layec, the refereeing commissioner of the Croatian Football League, has appointed the referees for the Round 3 matches of the SuperSport HNL, scheduled from Friday, August 14, to Sunday, August 16, 2026. The news was reported by 24sata, and all matches will be available on MAXSport channels via MAXTV.
The third round kicks off on Friday with Dinamo and Rudeš meeting in Zagreb at 8:00 PM. The man in the middle will be Filip Dragašević from Zagreb, with Dario Kulušić from Šibenik in charge of the VAR room.
In addition to the match itself, Dinamo has announced extra activities on their official Twitter profile. On Friday, season tickets can be printed at the Ticket Point from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM for a fee of 5 euros, with card payments only.
Saturday's program begins at 6:30 PM with the match between Istra 1961 and Slaven Belupo, two teams still awaiting their first victory of the new season. The main referee will be Patrik Kolarić from Čakovec, with Ante Čuljak from Zagreb handling VAR duties.
At 9:00 PM, league leaders Osijek host Lokomotiva at the Opus Arena. The match will be officiated by Ante Terzić from Podstrana, assisted from the VAR room by Mario Zebec from Varaždin.
Sunday's action opens with Varaždin and Rijeka at 6:30 PM. The main referee will be Ivan Vukančić from Benkovac, with Fran Jović from Zagreb in the VAR room.
The third round concludes with Gorica and Hajduk on Sunday at 9:00 PM. Patrik Pavlešić has been appointed as the main referee, with Ivan Bebek from Rijeka assisting from the VAR room.
In addition to the match against Rudeš, Dinamo is set to host the UEFA Champions League play-off at Maksimir. The club announced on Twitter: "Two matches await us at Maksimir in the coming days, and the Blues need your support in both: tomorrow Rudeš comes, and already on Tuesday it's the UEFA Champions League play-off!"
Tickets for both matches are available on the club's official website. Additionally, GNK Dinamo has announced the premiere of a film about last season titled "The Return of the King," which will be shown tonight at 8:00 PM on Dinamo Plus and at 9:00 PM on YouTube.
For fans who want a physical copy of their season ticket, printing slots at the Ticket Point are also available on August 17 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and August 18 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
