The City of Osijek issued a public call on Monday, August 10, 2026, for written bids to purchase seven properties owned by the Republic of Croatia within its territory. These are plots of land of various purposes and sizes, with starting prices ranging from €40,000 to €118,000.
The list includes two attractive locations on Martina Divalta Street. The first is an arable plot of 510 square meters, situated between house number 90 and Požeška Street 18, with a starting price of €108,000. According to spatial planning documentation, the plot falls within a mixed-use zone, designated for multi-apartment buildings with at least four and at most five above-ground floors.
The second plot on Divaltova, between number 119 and Frankopanska Street 134, is even larger, spanning 843 square meters and located in a strictly residential zone. It is also intended for multi-apartment construction, with a starting price of €118,000.
Also interesting is the offer of a yard-construction site at the intersection of Donjodravska obala and Ciglarska Street. The 241-square-meter plot is in a zone for family and multi-apartment buildings with a maximum of four above-ground floors. The starting price is €40,000, and the minimum building plot sizes for family homes range from 150 to 250 square meters, depending on the type of construction.
Additional offerings include an arable plot on Gupčeva Street of 249 square meters for €104,000, an arable plot on Vukovarska of 222 square meters for €92,300, and a yard on Vukovarska of 269 square meters for €44,600.
From the City of Osijek, they emphasize that all properties are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis. "By submitting a bid, the bidder confirms that they are familiar with the condition of the property and will not raise objections due to material or legal defects that were known or should have been known at the time of submitting the bid," states the public call.
Written bids will be accepted until Monday, August 25, 2026, at 12:00 PM. The public opening of received bids is scheduled for Sunday, August 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at the City of Osijek administration offices.
