The winner from Osijek, who visits Croatian Lottery outlets two to three times a week, found out about his win almost by accident. After hearing on the news that the Joker had been hit in Osijek, he went to the Croatian Lottery website to check his ticket and realized he was the lucky winner.
"I couldn't believe I was the man from the news," the winner admitted to SiB.
