Increased traffic is recorded on major roads across the country, especially on approaches to tourist destinations along the Adriatic coast. Congestion is also noticeable at certain border crossings and in ferry ports and docks, which is typical for the peak of the tourist season.
HAK has taken this opportunity to remind all road users. They emphasize the importance of maintaining a safe distance between vehicles, and in the event of queues and congestion, they ask drivers to form an emergency corridor to allow emergency services to pass unimpeded.
