Students who believe their points were not calculated correctly have until August 19, 2026, to file an appeal.
The temporary ranking list for subsidized accommodation at the University of Zadar Student Residence was published on August 11, 2026, for the upcoming academic year 2026/2027. Students who believe their points were not calculated correctly may file an appeal, but it must be submitted exclusively in writing, via registered mail, to the Student Center in Zadar, Dr. Franje Tuđmana 24D, 23000 Zadar. The appeal should be addressed to the Appeals Committee.
The deadline for submitting appeals is eight days from the publication of the temporary ranking list, i.e., by August 19, 2026. The Student Center warns that the list may change after this deadline, so students currently "above the line" may fall below it after all appeals are processed and the final ranking list is established. Therefore, the temporary results should not be interpreted as a final confirmation of the right to a place in the residence.
Appeals may only contest the calculation of earned points. Documents submitted later will not be considered, and the appeal deadline does not extend the application period nor allow for subsequent supplementation of documentation.
After the deadline expires, the Appeals Committee will review the submitted appeals and decide whether to accept or reject them. Appellants will be notified of the decision, and only after that will the final results, i.e., the final ranking list, be determined.
Students will have to wait for the assignment to individual residence halls. Specifically, the room assignments will be published only after the final results are announced. Those who believe their points were not calculated correctly must submit an appeal no later than August 19, 2026.
