PSG Rejects Dinamo's €700,000 Offer for Nsoki

GNK Dinamo has sent an official offer to PSG for 19-year-old winger Noah Nsoki, but the French champions rejected it, Index.hr has confirmed. The Zagreb club offered around €700,000 plus ten percent of a future transfer, but negotiations have not yet resulted in an agreement.
French outlet L'Équipe reported ten days ago that Nsoki had chosen Dinamo over Portuguese side Vitoria Guimarães, which was also interested. His departure from Paris now depends solely on an agreement between the clubs, but PSG has rejected Dinamo's offer for now.
Noah Nsoki was born on February 20, 2007 in Tournan-en-Brie, stands 185 cm tall, and primarily plays as a left winger, though he can also cover other positions behind the striker. He is right-footed, so from the left side he likes to cut inside and look for space to shoot or deliver a final pass. He joined PSG in 2020 and in April 2025 signed a scholarship contract until summer 2027. According to Transfermarkt, his market value is €1 million.
The path to significant playing time at PSG for Nsoki is extremely difficult. On the wings, the Parisian club has players like Ousmane Dembélé, Bradley Barcola, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, and Désiré Doué. As a result, young players from PSG's academy often look for clubs where the transition from youth to senior football would be faster and smoother. According to L'Équipe, Nsoki saw Dinamo's project as the ideal opportunity.
If an agreement had been reached, Nsoki would have arrived in Zagreb as a development project, with the possibility of gradually earning a bigger role and increasing his value through senior football. Dinamo already has several options on the wings: on the left side, natural options are Mislav Oršić and Arber Hoxha, while on the right, Mateo Lisica and Dani Rodriguez are most commonly used. In attack, Fran Topić, Gabriel Vidović, and Luka Stojković can also cover the wings.
While the saga around Nsoki continues, Dinamo has officially confirmed a new attacking reinforcement. Smail Prevljak is the club's new center-forward, announced on Dinamo's official social media profiles. "Smail Prevljak is Dinamo's new center-forward! The new Blue number 14 was the third top scorer in the domestic league last season with 14 goals while playing for Istra," the post reads.
The Blues are also playing an important Champions League qualifier tonight. At Maksimir, they host Swiss side FC Thun in the second qualifying round, kickoff at 8:00 PM. Ahead of the match, Dinamo posted: "At home, in front of our own. Champions League second qualifying round, FC Thun, Maksimir, 8:00 PM. Don't worry, you still have time to make it to the game."
