Croatian football clubs Rijeka and Hajduk are facing decisive Conference League play-off matches, and it's now known where fans can watch them. The broadcasts won't be on the same channel, so football enthusiasts will need to know where each match is being shown.
Rijeka on MAXSport 1
Rijeka's matches in the final hurdle before the league stage will be available on MAXTV, specifically on the MAXSport 1 channel. This is the channel where fans of the Rijeka club usually follow SuperSport HNL matches, so the setting will be familiar.
Two very significant European matches await Rijeka, and they will determine whether the club from Rujevica can continue competing in Europe this season. The first match is on August 20, 2026, when Rijeka visits Danish side Midtjylland, with kick-off scheduled for 7 PM. A week later, on August 27, 2026, the return leg takes place at Rujevica, starting at 8:45 PM.
Hajduk Stays on HDTV
The situation is different for Hajduk, whose matches will also be available via MAXTV, but on a different channel. The Split team's Conference League play-off matches will be broadcast on HDTV, a channel owned by Hajduk.
HDTV has already shown Hajduk's earlier European appearances, and it will be the same in the final round of qualifying. On HDTV, fans can watch the Whites' matches, as well as other club-related content. The first match will be held at Poljud, with the return leg a week later in Częstochowa. Hajduk and Raków will meet for the first time on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at Poljud, with kick-off at 9 PM.
Different Opponents, Same Goal
Both Croatian clubs are chasing a spot in the Conference League league stage. Rijeka will face Danish side Midtjylland, while Hajduk takes on Polish club Raków. The return matches are on August 27, 2026: Rijeka will host the Danes at Rujevica, and Hajduk will travel to Częstochowa.
