Longest-running beer festival in Croatia, Karlovac Beer Days, is held for the 39th time this year. According to the portal Trend Karlovac, the festival will take place from August 28 to September 1, 2026 in the historic city core of Zvijezda, and the grand opening will feature a concert by Severina.
Visitors can expect two festival stages. The main stage will host Petar Grašo, Hiljson, Baks, the band Jonathan, Indira, and Klapa Šufit, while the Gastro stage program will be headlined by Minea. In addition to concerts by well-known performers, organizers are announcing a rich accompanying program.
Karlovac Beer Days combine beer culture, gastronomy, and tourism. A special zone, World of Beer, will allow tasting of various types of beer and discovering new brands, and visitors can also enjoy traditional dishes and modern street food variants. The beer tradition in Karlovac spans over 170 years, the announcement highlights.
Throughout the festival, half a liter of draft Karlovačko beer will cost 2.50 euros. Additionally, a free festival train will run from Zagreb on the route Zagreb, Karlovac, Zagreb, so everyone can enjoy the program worry-free. The event organizer is the City of Karlovac, and the main sponsor is Karlovačko beer.
Karlovac Beer Days have been gathering thousands of visitors from Croatia and abroad for nearly four decades, and this year again promises a blend of good music, food, and socializing in the heart of the city.
