"I'm really surprised that some Bundesliga club hasn't taken a calculated risk on Rokas Pukštas. He was one of Hajduk's best players last season. He's a versatile and active midfielder with a great work ethic and adaptability," Mango wrote on his social network. His post was picked up by local media, and it comes at a time when Pukštas's future in Split is increasingly uncertain.
The youngster from Oklahoma has been a regular starter in coach Gonzalo García's lineup this season as well. In his first six appearances, he has already scored two goals, continuing where he left off last season.
