The humanitarian campaign 'Hot Wheels for Andra' has been successfully concluded, raising all the necessary €32,000 for the purchase of an electric wheelchair and accompanying equipment for Andrija Lipanović. The news was shared with enthusiasm by Lipanović himself on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, thanking everyone who contributed to achieving this goal.

The core of the campaign was a humanitarian futsal tournament jointly organized by Moj Split 3, the association Vjeruj i Djeluj, and Ana Kalajžić. It was this synergy that made it possible to raise significant funds in record time.

Heartfelt Thanks to Split, the County, and His Native Vis

Lipanović did not spare words of gratitude for all who recognized the importance of the campaign. He especially highlighted the citizens of Split and the Split-Dalmatia County, as well as numerous crafts, companies, cafés, restaurants, and fast-food joints. "Thank you to all the citizens of Split and the Split-Dalmatia County, crafts, companies, cafés, restaurants, and fast-food places for every cent donated. Without you, we wouldn't have reached our goal. Thank you to all people of good will who recognized the importance of getting a new electric wheelchair so I can continue to believe and act," Lipanović said.

He also received great support from his native island of Vis. "Thank you to my island of Vis, all the citizens of Vis, DVD Vis, Ana Vodanović, cafés, restaurants, newsstands, various crafts, volunteers, and all the good people who helped push this campaign to the end," he added.

Army, Navy, Veterans, and Torcida on the Field

The tournament brought together an impressive number of teams whose participation contributed to the noble cause. On the field, one could see members of the Croatian Army, the Croatian Navy Split, HVIDRA Omiš, veterans of the 9th HOS Battalion, veterans of ATVP 'Ante Bužančić', and members of Torcida from the Split 3, Trstenik, Visoka, and Mertojak neighborhoods.

"Thank you to all the competitors from the bottom of my heart, and first of all to the Croatian Army, which created our homeland. Thank you, guys, for Croatia. A big thank you also to the strongest and most loyal fan group in the world, the unique Torcida," Lipanović announced.

The winning trophy ultimately went deservedly to the Croatian Navy Split team. "The tournament winner is the Croatian Navy Split. Congratulations to HRM on the fight, as well as to all other competitors," Lipanović said.

An Army of Volunteers and Donors

Organizing such an event would not have been possible without numerous volunteers and donors. Lipanović especially thanked the tournament host Željko Marić, DJ Ivica Javorčić, and Mario Božić, who donated the balls. Thanks were also extended to donors: Mesnica Šimunić Trilj, Mesnica Bokšić, Ba Com, the Bilo srce Association, Pit Bull Security Split, Marko Žaja, Milka Roso, Pipi, Rico, and Ivica and Jelena.

Special words of thanks went to his loyal volunteers: "Special thanks go to my faithful volunteers Goran Barčot Butla, Ornela Marić, Maja Bokan, Aurora Livačić, Carlo Petković, Luka Sikirica, Tomislav Magušić Magi, the crew from Split 3, Luka Grabovac, Ivan Sinovčić, and all the kids who were running around us that evening."

At the very end, Lipanović smiled and announced that the equipment has already been ordered and that he looks forward to his first longer outing. "My beautiful Split, I love you all so much. Just to keep you in the loop, the equipment is ordered, and when it arrives, I'm going for a slightly longer stroll. You'll definitely see me around. Believe and act," he concluded.
