Festival tickets and souvenirs are also available at the box office on the ground floor of the Festival Palace (Od Sigurate 1), which is open on weekdays from 9 AM to 9:30 PM, and at the pop-up boutique on Vukovarska Street from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM.

Paying with a Mastercard offers a 10% discount, and for purchases over €70, payment can be made in 2 or 3 installments. Residents of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County are entitled to a 30% discount on all performances upon presentation of an ID card, but only when purchasing at local Dubrovnik Summer Festival sales points. An additional 10% discount is available if they pay with a Mastercard, making a total discount of 40%.
