The summer party in Zadar's Diklo neighborhood once again lived up to the audience's expectations, with Giuliano & Diktatori as the main stars of the evening. The band had the crowd dancing and singing along to their greatest hits, with the audience singing in unison, and the great atmosphere lasted until late into the night. Concerts as part of the summer parties in Diklo traditionally attract a large audience, and this year's performance by Giuliano & Diktatori was no exception. While summer music was being celebrated in Diklo, the three-day jubilee 15th edition of the RockLive Festival, one of the biggest rock spectacles in that part of the country, concluded in continental Croatia. The festival took place at the Koprivnica Campus and this year once again brought together some of the biggest names of the regional music scene. According to Index.hr Magazine, the audience was particularly surprised by Baby Lasagna's performance, as he appeared on stage with his neck entirely painted black.
In photos from the concert, it is clearly visible that the dark color covers almost the entire musician's neck, but it has not yet been clarified whether this is a permanent change, i.e., a tattoo, or just stage makeup designed for the performance. Baby Lasagna is known for his stage transformations, which are closely followed by the audience and media, and his appearance at this year's RockLive Festival further sparked the interest of fans.
Over three days, the RockLive Festival in Koprivnica hosted a number of performers, each marking the jubilee edition in their own way. On the second evening of the festival, Mašinko performed, and the festival euphoria had already taken hold of the audience, heralding the climax of the event. In the festival's finale, which attracted the most attention, performances included, among others, Bolesna braća, Mile Kekin, and the aforementioned Baby Lasagna, rounding off the three-day program that once again confirmed the RockLive Festival's status as one of the most important rock events in continental Croatia.
Both events, the party in Diklo and the RockLive Festival in Koprivnica, show just how diverse the Croatian summer music scene is, ranging from traditional Dalmatian hits that gather audiences by the sea to rock productions that attract an ever-growing number of visitors to the continental part of the country. While the organizers of the festival in Koprivnica are already announcing plans for the next, sixteenth edition, summer parties like the one in Diklo continue to take place along the coast throughout the entire season.
