At the Europe Music Video Awards competition in Slovakia, singer Noelle from Osijek achieved significant success on the international stage. Her music video for the song Somebody (Trilogy) won the Best Costume award, standing out in fierce European competition.
According to the singer's PR team, the award-winning video features an authentic retro vibe inspired by the golden age of 80s pop-rock sound. Noelle herself was the source of the entire visual design, script, and detailed instructions for historical garments for the witch character, stemming from her own creative vision.
Costume designer Adrijana Simović transformed these ideas into real fashion magic. HNK Osijek, specifically costume designer Neven Mihić, was responsible for all the actors, and his creations perfectly complemented the enchanting story in the video.
The story of the witch and her struggle is just beginning to unfold, and Noelle exclusively reveals that the second part of the trilogy is already in preparation and coming soon. In modern music video production, historical costumes are considered one of the most challenging categories, and it was precisely this high level of craftsmanship that the expert jury in Slovakia recognized.
